When the Y axis endstop is hit, the fillament nozzle is in the air (ie, it misses the build platform by about 1 inch)

Brand new Thing-O-Matic.... Doing first few test prints. I've noticed that my ABP (while working fine in the control panel) doesn't initiate the 'move forward after 90 seconds'

Updated: More powerful stepper and Pololu driver with 1/16th steps have reduced the noise considerably!
Over time the Y stepper was getting louder and louder and nothing seemed to quiet it down!
