Occasionally, when driving the steppers through the ReplicatorG control panel, the steppers do not move at the correct feedrate.

The first 32ish layers print slightly smaller? than they should. It looks like it may be cutting the corners a bit. The dodecahedron makes it very obvious. As it prints, the corners are higher than the edges, but after around 32 layers it corrects and is fine for the rest of the print. Any ideas for fixes?

Extruder Controller v3.6 with 2.7 or 2.8 fw, Motherboard v2.4 with 2.7 or 2.81 fw. Been printing many items ok, but now the Stepstruder motor quits during print job. In control panel the motor controls are unresponsive after 1 command and reverse always goes forward and Stop never works (only after reset board).
