I have just recently switched my printing computer to Ubuntu… mainly so I can design in OpenScad with fewer bugs.
There is something really annoying about replicatorG and was wondering if there is any way to change this…. when you click 'file' then 'open'. Then you start browsing around the file structure, when you try to navigate through folders, you can't just double click them to open them. You have to highlight each folder you want to open, then you have to click 'ok'. It is a minor annoyance, but it seems like it should be something that is simple to fix.
I asked in the Ubuntu IRC channel about this, trying to find out if there was a way to configure it to use double-clicking to open folders. The people there said it is the developers who need to upgrade to a less antiquated file browsing system. I was just wondering if there was any work-around for this… or do we have to wait until the developers change it?
