I don't know what other people are going to offer, but here is my pricing I'm doing for work for someone else.
You pay plastic by the pound—calulated from Makerbot's current pricing for 2.2lbs (1kg) meaning most colors run about $21 per pound. Some are more, only white is slightly less but that's what plastic costs. ( the older Sells mendel takes about 2.5 pounds when printed right), I think a Prusa might be half that.
You pay shipping of your choice (Fedex, UPS, USPS)
You pay $2 per hour of print time. This is pretty fair as I use at least 3 printers for a job to reduce my time, but that equals $12 an hour for me to keep 3 machines printing.
Guestimate using the above pricing structure makes my price on a Sells Mendel (the one the Ultimachine $180 hardware kit is made for) work out to like 55 hours of print time, and 2.5 lbs of plastic at $22 a would be ~ $165 before shipping.
A Prusa is supposed to take way less plastic, and less print time (in fact-a Prusa on a single plate is possible).
Now-saying all that. I am building the Makergear Prusa this weekend (takes some time with all the electronics and soldering). They have some really good kits and all the screws are stainless!! It's a real thing of beauty and very high quality. They just-started selling the printed parts and hardware as a kit (minus all the extruder, electronics, belts, pulleys, and the amazing power supply included in the full kit).
http://www.makergear.com/products/3d-printers $225 for metric or Fractional
Again, It's a Prusa so it takes way less in plastic and time. They charge $125 just for the printed parts and the bushings (FYI the bushings cost about $10 from SDP).
I actually think my price is low when you start looking at the hours it takes to make one-but I'm not trying to compete-I've got more work than I can handle as is (hence building more printers).
Gestimate on a Prusa based on the posted plates is http://reprap.org/wiki/Prusa_Mendel
~19 hours using the individual plates (how I would have to print it today).
19hours * $2 is $38 plus plastic cost ~$25 (wild guess) and I haven't gotten PLA to work though my Mk6+ extruder heads and not jam-so it's going to need to be a the Makergear design with metal bushings. All parts in whatever color you want (that Makerbot sells-or I can source from somebody else).
