Slodge starting on 3rd layer
Hi,
I am trying to print this http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7113
The first 2 layers go fine, when the 3rd layer starts I get splodge which catches the extruder head and causing my bot to lose steps (see picture)

I put a circle around the splodge.
The splodge always happens in the same place, it seems to happen every 7 or 8 layers starting from the 3rd layer.
Downloaded the file several times, used repg to generate Gcode several times, printed several time, always the exact same result; splodge is always in the same place causing the same problem.
Is there some setting in skeinforge to fix this? The problem does not look to be with the machine but with the Gcode generation.
