Never ever use loctite near or an anything touching the acrylic which will just melt and crack !! So that is quite a lot of the bot or you will be very sorry you even thought of it.

Honestly, your better off not using any. I used hot glue on nuts to make them "blind" nuts on a lot of the assembly and the tip on that is, hot glue can be removed by a touch with rubbing alcohol if ever needed.

Again, loctite is not reccomended because of the risks to many parts of the bot.

Test it for yourself by putting a drop on the scrap acrylic from the extruder parts. You'll see. Even the fumes may weaken it.

I use 4 nylock nuts on my TOM as my HBP is attatched as in this thing: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6558

I found without the nylock nuts the vibration and lack of force applied by the springs allowed regular nuts to work loose over time, meaning I constantly had to calibrate the level and z-height. I've had those nyloc nuts on for a good 20 hours printing now and havent had to look at z-height or level ever since :)
