I'v been trying to tackle this one on and off when I have time but have been unable to completely eliminate the problem.
Bellow are three images two printed with Print-O-Matic inside RepG25 and the other printed with a Profilemaker profile. As you can see there are gaps around the holes in both prints, and in the case of the Profilemaker profile there is gaps in the majority of the infills.
This is the Image of the first Print-O-Matic print. Here the infill has put down too much plastic.

Here is the second Print-O-Matic print where the amount of plastic put down is less however the areas around the holes are still no good.

Lastly the ProfileMaker print again too little plastic and not much better around the holes.

I have played with Infill perimeter Overlap (ratio) in the POM prints and it seemed to help slightly from one to another but not by much. You can't mess with the flow rate when using POM so I didn't touch that. The only other thing I messed with was the plastic diameter. With POM the higher the plastic diameter the less plastic it deposits the lower the more it does. I rounded off the actual diameter of my plastic because the 1.75mm seems pretty inconsistent.
With the PM profile I didn't touch a thing just to see what happens. When I lower the Infill Width over thickness ratio it seems to help a touch but then I get to a point where too much plastic is being put down.
Id be curious to hear what others think.
