I managed to upgrade the firmware for the Arduino Mega motherboard unit without a hitch, but the extruder controller is failing with "The firmware upgrade did not succeed. Check the console for details. You can click the 'upload' button to try again." I'm pretty sure I'm following the instructions at http://wiki.makerbot.com/thingomatic-doc:firmware-installation.

I'm pretty sure I selected the right USB serial port since usbserial-A40080Sv was the one that I used for the previous motherboard firmware upgrade that succeeded, and I just unplugged the MB and plugged the extruder controller into the same cable and USB port. This is happening with replicatorg-025 on Mac OS X 10.6.7 (10J869) and a new Thing-O-Matic kit.
