After homing for axes, the bot does nothing
Okay, I'm finally ready for my first test print on my finally-finished MK6+ TOM! I've downloaded the STL file for the 20mm calibration cube and generated gcode for it. I hit "Build", and the bot homes for the endstops. Then the X axis goes all the way to the left, Z axis lowers until the nozzle is about 15 mm above the front-right corner of the build surface like it's wiping the nozzle, and then… nothing. RepG seems to think it's building, but nothing happens, even after several minutes of waiting.
Line 19 appears to do some waiting for the heated parts to warn up, but I'm quite sure they're warm already because I pre-heated them, and in any case, RepG seems to think it's on like 97 of 6048.
