Yes, just reverse the 3 pin plug 180 on the analog input. You must hit reset on the EC baord if it was powered.

FYI the firmware basically detects the open or shorted sensor at startup and locks out a 1024 temp so that it's impossible for a heater to turn on. This is much better than the alternative runaway condition if the wires or connector came loose while printing and the EC tried to leave the heater on forever.
