I am using the stock power supply. A little earlier today I was having different problems, which were fixed by bridging two terminals on the motherboard. (power supply fix) It's weird, this thing worked perfectly over the summer, then we put it away for a few months and now it's all wonky.

Bluemetal: Are you suggesting that the thermistor is unplugged from the board? I had the box off today to reload the firmware (and to fix the motherboard. Maybe a connector was pulled out. I'll have to check that tomorrow.

Yes. I believe that is one of the most probable causes.

Thanks. Out of curiosity, do you know what the resistance of the thermistor should be around room temp? I figure I might as well test that should I find it plugged in. Thanks so much, you are a wealth of knowledge with these things.

Here is a table of what resistances you should see for the different temperatures:

The 100K Ohms (normal thermistor provided) refers to the resistance at "normal conditions of temperature and pressure" or 25C or 77F.
