I have downloaded the FTDI USB serial driver 2_2_14 and 16.dmg as well as the 64 bit D2XX driver from FTDI. Neither is recognized. I abandoned attempted install on my mac os 10.4.11 machine owing to issues with the python interpreter (i tried 2.6, 2.7, and 3.2) - now it looks like i have going to have to abandon install on my mac os 10.7 machine. Any help appreciated. (The good news is all is fine on my 10.6.8 machine and I have achieved excellent 3D prints)

Not much help but I have been using my TOM with RepG 25 in OSX Lion without any issues and have not changed the FTDI drivers in the last 8 months. I have not tried RepG 26 as I have an MK6. Does the computer recognize that a new device has been connected?

I have even managed to get Pronterface to work with the 32bit Phyton 2.7.2 which took a while (had too many versions of Phyton laying around).

thanks for reply — I feel pretty stupid — once i connected my cupcake CNC to the 10,7 computer it recognized the device and provided the correct FTDI driver. I will clean up my 10.4.11 as I too have multiple copies of python, maybe that's the fix. thanks again
