1mm Nozzle
Hey everyone,
I just got a 1mm nozzle in order to get faster prints, but I'm having trouble dialing in the thickness and speed settings to get a nice calibration cube.
The outer perimeter thickness is working just fine, but it is so thick that for my first layer after the raft, the nozzle is slightly above the print, but by the end, the nozzle is actually hitting the ABS because the layers are set too small in Skeinforge. Because the nozzle is so high above the print on the first layer, the fill is not adhering very well and making it very sloppy.
Any suggestions?
