Hello,
I am wondering if there is a way to determine how much ABS plastic from a 1kg spool a Makerbot Replicator uses on each print. I know this depends on the print, but is there a monitor function in ReplicatorG or on the printer itself?

Also, how many mm are in a spool? (not thickness like 1.75mm or 3mm)

There are certain things you can do increase or reduce the amount of plastic used per print (through ReplicatorG):
1. You can change your infill settings
2. You can choose hollow and smaller/larger layers
-Endless possibilities with the stuff in ReplicatorG.

There is a monitor on ReplicatorG (while your printer is and isn't in use) and there is one on your printer if you have the Interface Kit (http://store.makerbot.com/makerbot-interface-board-kit-v1-1.html)

Can't tell you how long a spool would be in mm because its measured by weight (meaning it varies).
