I wasn't able to find information about this through searching so I thought I'd post.
I have a Cupcake CNC, Motherboard V1.2, firmware 3.0, Extruder Mk3 Firmware 3.0 using replicatorG 0029.
After not using the unit for about a year I started it back up and uploaded replicator on my Mac, replicator told me to update the firmware, I successfully updated both to 3.0.
When trying to print the 20mmbox in calibration files here's what the CNC does.
After generating the code Replicator moves u and off center to heat up.
Heats the tool head to 212 (no problem, takes about 1-2 minutes) while doing this it starts to heat the platform - this takes about 20-25 minutes to get up to 117 (seems like a long time).
Once both are up to temperature the Extruder starts to feed and produces a nice thread. then the platform and head move back into position and the machine starts to print - at this point the Extruder stops feeding. Replicator goes through the entire build but no plastic is fed.
Seems like I messed something up in the Firmware update but I can't figure out what.
Any elp would be greatly appreciated.
