Adjusting where the print starts on my platform.

I recently gave my bot at big over haul. I tore down my x and y stages, removed the brass bushing and installed linear bearings, tensioned my belts, installed my mk6+ stepstruder, installed an aluminum build plate, leveled the platform. Along with other things.
Now, after updated all my firmwares, and having everything printing again. I have the problem of my prints not starting in the center of my build platform. I know this question has come up before but after going 5 pages into the forum and using the search function I folded.
So what is the process to adjust that position. In replicator g the item is centered and when I go to print it its about 1.5" too far back and .5" to the left.
