Cannot Connect to Makerbot using Replicator 29
TOM with HBP/Mk6+, w/Gen4 interface. upgraded MB firmware to 3.1. upgraded extruder firmware to 3.1. Downloaded repg v 29. tried to access TOM using USB on computer (MAC) to run calibration script. Will not connect. Motherboard firmware v3.1() and Toolhead 0:Extruder controller firmware v3.1 (Extruder) are the last lines on repg. Interface board blinks red on "debug".
Checked all connections. Seems to be ok. tried to connect. same result as above.
Switched USB cables. tried to connect. same result as above.
reloaded and installed FTDI drivers. tried to connect. same result as above.
switched back to repg v 24. tried to connect. same result.
Any suggestions?
